Great Recovery

We worked with Solomon & Sons to move from NC to FL. During our move, we also used their storage service. The things they did well: The sales rep was responsive. We were able to get quick responses to our questions. They were on schedule for the most part. We moved several times including an international move due to work reasons. This is the first time, one of our large TV sets got seriously damaged. There were also two other smaller items that got damaged. I think this was due to the poor quality of packing service they provided for us. This is an area that the company has to improve on. We had purchased a simple insurance policy so it did not cover the replacement value of the TV set. When we communicated this with the company, the customer service representative was very helpful. The company promptly replaced the TV set. Because of their willingness to solve our problem, I rated the service as 5 stars.
