International Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Thank you for selecting Solomon & Sons Relocation Services for your International Relocation. This binding estimate is provided based on the items and services you requested at the time of preparation. The estimate is binding and reflects the specific items and services listed. The price quoted is guaranteed unless additional services are required or extra items are added to your inventory. Please review the estimate carefully for accuracy. If any changes need to be made to the services or items, please notify the estimator at least 72 hours before your scheduled move date. The accuracy of the estimate relies on the completeness of the information provided about the items to be moved. Please note that any modifications to your order will result in a corresponding adjustment to the estimated price. We encourage you to verify the accuracy of the services and items listed and inform your salesperson of any desired changes. If you request last-minute services or add additional items on the day of the move, a new written estimate reflecting the updated total price will be provided. In such cases, the revised estimate must be approved and signed by you before any services are performed. The Estimated Transportation Cost is binding based on the total volume (Cu. Ft.) indicated. This document is an estimate and not a contract. Please note that we offer Free In-Home estimates upon request, subject to service location limitations. For LCL (Less than a container load) shipments, the final rate will be determined after measuring at our facility and the shipping line.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE: Solomon & Sons Relocation Services assumes no liability for your shipment while it is in our custody or during transit. If any item is lost, destroyed, or damaged while in the mover's possession, insurance coverage is not included unless you choose to purchase it separately. Optional Private Moving Insurance can be obtained through the following providers:

RESCHEDULING / CANCELATION OF SERVICE: Deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels the estimate/order outside a 3-business-day window prior to the originally scheduled move dates. Deposits are non-refundable after the mover has begun the physical moving services or within a 3-business day window of the original or current scheduled move dates. Rescheduling fees will apply if a customer reschedules their move dates within a 5-day window ($199 Fee). Rescheduling fees within a 24-hour period of your move dates will result in a ($399 fee). Waiver of Subrogation Fee is NON-Refundable.

PAYMENT TERMS: To secure a booking, a deposit of 20% - 35% must be paid using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, or Cashier's check. Upon pickup, the remaining balance must be paid in full and can be settled using Cash, Money order, Certified check, Cashier's check, Zelle, or ACH. Please note that Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments are subject to Management's approval and will incur a 3% convenience fee. For the remaining balances, acceptable payment methods include Money Order, Cashier's check, Cash, Zelle, or ACH (for ACH or Zelle payments, they must be processed and cleared within 24 hours of your scheduled move date). Solomon & Sons Relocation Services, Inc. reserves the right to request up to 100% of the balance before the goods depart from the originating country. All charges are calculated based on the applicable tariff rates. By signing this document, the customer/shipper permits Solomon & Sons Relocation Service to debit your account for the amount indicated on, before/after the stated contract date.
