Remove “expert” from your description!!!!!
Before you consider spending your hard earned $$ with this company please do your research. They are far from being experts at their craft. My experience is that they have not lived up to your claim of being an expert in the field of moving. They botched my mother’e move from Chgo to FL beyond reasonable understanding. How do you allow a delivery without 1st verifing what's being delivered? The mover should always ensure they have the correct cargo before departure. That did not happen in our case. The driver drive 2 days, from Chgo to FL, began to unload only to find they had the wrong items. Upon notifying Metro Hop, they neglected to return our phone call as promised. 2 days later a call was returned and they said they will get back to us with a confirmation that they still have our cargo. To date, we still wait for a response. What an unprofessional operation. It is suggested that someone of authority contact me at the email address connected to this review immediately.
