I was provided a quote based upon furniture that I initially thought I would take with me, but later decided to sell. Mike told me that he would adjust the quote downward after my estate sale to include just what furniture remained in my move. However, I was then billed the full amount in the initial quote. When I challenged him on the amount, he claimed he did not include the furnishings in four rooms in his initial quote because I told him I was going to try to sell some of it! That was untrue! He included everything - just in case it didn’t sell, with the promise that my actual cost would be much less! If you use this company for your move, be sure to get all “promises” in writing!
