Solomon & Sons to move from NC to FL.
We worked with Solomon & Sons to move from NC to FL. During our move, we also used their storage service. The things they did well: The sales rep was responsive. We were able to get quick responses to our questions. They were on schedule for the most part. The things they did not do well: We moved several times including an international move. This is the first time, one of our large TV sets got damaged. This happened despite the fact that we provided the original box for the TV set. There were also two other smaller items that got damaged. I think this was due to the poor quality of packing service they provided for us. For the packing service I would rate the company's service as "0" zero. During my conversations with the sales rep, he had assured me that everything would be fine so I did not purchase a total replacement insurance policy which ended up costing us a lot more now. So, two recommendations: (1) If you have very valuable items, then pack it yourself, do not trust the packers of the company who are simply external contractors hired to do the job (2) Purchase a total value replacement insurance policy.

I had my move on Saturday! I hired this company because they are legit and have amazing customer service. They provided me with packing supplies and came in to pack my whole entire 4 bedroom house . Miguelangel ,Oscar, Fabricio, Bearjeawy are the super heroes of moving world :)) These guys were very careful with all my fragile stuff , they marked every box with details of what was inside and what room or closet it belonged to ! They were quick and efficient! I honestly never had such a flawless experience with moving and I moved a lot . Thank you very for this outstanding service . I am very happy and grateful! And I will hire Solomon and Sons again in the future!!! Highly recommend them !

Polite Patriot Professionals
Dustin and Jeff moved some very heavy Tommy Bahama furniture for us today. They called on the way and got here exactly when they estimated they would.They were both extremely professional and polite. They knew exactly how to protect the glass and mirrors as well. I highly recommend them if you want the ultimate professionals.
The Best Ever
Mayer and Leroy arrived when they said they would. They did the delivery efficiently with no damage to the walls or the furniture. Both men were polite. On my next move which is next year I will ask for only for Mayer and Leroy. They are first class and worth 20 Stars!

He is professional, efficient and is the person to speak with if there are any mix ups in the moving process. Mistakes happen, what's important is relying on a company that will be accountable and that hire responsive, eloquent, and overall friendly professionals that can manage those circumstances well. Exceptional Service
We were truly impressed by our experience with Solomon & Sons. Right from the moment Miguelangel, Ronaldo, Keiji, Jouvee, and Hernan arrived at our house, their professionalism and exceptional service shone through. They took great care of our belongings, treating them as if they were their own. The fact that they communicated promptly in the morning about their estimated time of arrival was greatly appreciated, especially considering our move was three hours away. Forrest, Marecellous, and Jeff are the most incredible group of men! They let me know before their arrival, were on time, very courteous, quick, and safe. I felt at ease knowing they were taking care of all my things. They packed everything well and transported things to the truck in an efficient manner. I was able to sit back--they made my move significantly easier! From receiving the quote to the movers showing up, it has been one of the best services (and I have moved 10+ times!). This is a company that cares and goes out of their way to show you.
