Remove “expert” from your description!!!!!
Before you consider spending your hard earned $$ with this company please do your research. They are far from being experts at their craft. My experience is that they have not lived up to your claim of being an expert in the field of moving. They botched my mother’e move from Chgo to FL beyond reasonable understanding. How do you allow a delivery without 1st verifing what's being delivered? The mover should always ensure they have the correct cargo before departure. That did not happen in our case. The driver drive 2 days, from Chgo to FL, began to unload only to find they had the wrong items. Upon notifying Metro Hop, they neglected to return our phone call as promised. 2 days later a call was returned and they said they will get back to us with a confirmation that they still have our cargo. To date, we still wait for a response. What an unprofessional operation. It is suggested that someone of authority contact me at the email address connected to this review immediately.
Amazing Job!!
I moved from a two story townhouse to a single family house 3 hours away. The team of Miguel, Oscar, Jauvee, Adam and Ronaldo were incredible. They took amazing care of my belongings to ensure that nothing was damaged. I could not ask for a better team of movers. I definitely would recommend this team to handle your move. Tyler and Zach were also amazing in setting up the contract and following up with me. A big huge thank you.

Long Distance Major Move
Amazing! Unbelievably amazing, that is. Every single thing was done meticulously. Moved from South Florida to New York City in only FOUR days. Not one item broken. I can’t express enough how big this move was for use. Jason in the admin office was able to walk us through the process and make everything very easy. When it came to scheduling and executing the move, Igor and his helpers did an awesome job. They advised me how the move was going to go and ended up delivering the stuff early. Miguel, Fabricio, Hernan, and Juan did an excellent job with our move. They were very careful with packing our belongings, loading and unloading, and ensuring that we were satisfied with the service that they provided. They knew what they were doing, asked us questions to ensure that everything would be delivered to the right room. Their dedication and service level were amazing!

Excellent Crew
Some belongings were picked up today to be shipped to Texas from my late sister's home. The crew were on time 7am on the dot although the window was until 8am. They were efficient, thorough and courteous. Friendly and polite I enjoyed chatting as they worked. Excellent team of guys!! I asked their names, and it was Forrest, Rod and Hicks. My prayer is the delivery on the other end is equally great.
