Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, or text promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, issues, or requests by gathering relevant information, analyzing the problem, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least some level of higher education is preferred
• Solomon & Sons Relocation will supply field and office training to ensure all representatives are well-trained and capable of providing outstanding performance in their daily tasks.

Experience Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
